Want to actually be excited to come to work? Solutions Financial Services is looking for a full-time Digital Advertising Specialist that is experienced specifically in Digital and Email Advertising.
Responsibilities of this position :
Create, manage and track campaigns to generate inbound leads on social media platforms and email campaigns
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Help determine marketing budgets for each platform and stay in budget.
Track ROI / ROAS from all marketing activities.
Requirements for this position :
Experience generating leads via digital and email advertising platforms.
Landing Page CRO experience (including design, copywriting & a / b testing). Coding skills are not necessary, it's the conversion optimization we're looking for.
YOU MUST LOVE & HAVE A DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF DIRECT RESPONSE MARKETING & SALES FUNNELS. If you study and implement tactics from any of the following you’re likely a great fit with our culture of marketing : Dan Kennedy, Russell Brunson, Robert Cialdini, Gary Halbert, Claude Hopkins, David Ogilvy, Eugene Schwartz, etc.
40 hours a week. 8am - 5pm Mountain time. Working remote is just fine with us!
Help us build a world-class brand - not a side hustle. This is a Full-Time, in-house position (we’re NOT looking to outsource to an agency).

Results required for this position :
Ultimately lead volume, cost per lead / cost per acquisition and ROI / ROAS is how your success will be measured here.
