Growing Wealth Management & CPA Firm with locations in Spring Hill, Trinity, and Inverness is seeking a Director of First Impressions for our bustling Spring Hill location. The ideal candidate will be courteous, with a helpful disposition, all while multitasking! Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service and computer skills are essential. We offer an excellent compensation package including 401(k) w/ Safe Harbor Match, Paid Holidays, PTO, Life Insurance, Long Term/Short Term Disability Insurance, and Health Insurance Reimbursement.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Answer multiple lines, in a professional manner, screening and routing calls appropriately.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments.
  • General office duties including, scanning, copying, faxing, filing, mail sorting and distributing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Errands and light housekeeping to ensure a warm, welcoming environment.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a receptionist in a professional office (law firm or accountant office) is preferred.
  • Consistent, professional dress and demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent time management skills with an emphasis on multitasking.
