Boston Law Firm looking for an organized, motivated and detail oriented individual to fill a full time position in our Accounting Department.
Responsibilities include:
● Process electronic invoicing for key clients
● Monitor case related budgets
● Maintain incoming cases, closing cases, perform conflict checks as well as updating of client guidelines
● Work directly with lawyers, paralegals and administrative staff resolving billing issues
● Prepare various spreadsheets and analysis as needed regarding billings and/or accounts receivables, both externally and internally
● Provide prompt, quality service to both internal and external customers
Skills needed:
Proficiency in MS Office including strong Excel skills
A high level of communications skills
Self motivated
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work with minimal supervision
College degree or equivalent work experience
