Job Responsibilities include:
· Overseeing construction project’s subcontractors and effectively managing carpenters per the construction timeline provided by the Construction Project Manager.
· Must be able to self-perform rough and finish carpentry as needed per project.
· Supervise and instruct carpenters and other construction workers
· Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
· Interpret and implement blueprints to ensure project success
· Address any client concerns or complaints in a professional manner
· Ensure that all materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the project are available and properly maintained
· Ordering materials and equipment as required for the project with reference to our procurement department. Coordinate with suppliers to also receive materials
· Providing quality control for all completed works
· Willing to travel

Candidates should have these qualifications:
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Proven experience as a Carpenter Foreman or a similar supervisory role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized, task-driven, and able to work independently as well as with others.
- Good physical condition / stamina required as general labor will be needed
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED in a skilled trade will be a plus
· Minimum 5 years foreman experience and 3 years superintendent in the industry.
- Ability to shift tasks at a moment’s notice
- Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment
- Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines

Pay: $89,410.00 - $96,722.00 per year
