The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our Emergency Department team, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical, psychological, and social needs, and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
- Participate in hospital committees, CQI teams, and Quality Improvement Program to enhance patient care and outcomes
Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Wyoming
- Experience in emergency nursing or critical care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
