Job Description
Position: Human Resources Manager
Location: Campbell County Senior Center
Reports to: Assistant Director, Executive Director
Job Summary:
Working under the Supervision of the Assistant Director and the Executive Director. The Human Resources Manager will assist with the management and day to day operations of the Senior Center- Including Human Resources: Policies, payroll, recruiting, complete interview process, file maintenance, and on-boarding.
Essential Job Functions Include:
· Provide Direct support to the Assistant Director and the Executive Director
· Provide Updated data and statistics to the Assistant Director.
· Assumes management of the organization in the Absence of the Executive Director and Assistant Director.
· Provides leadership to Senior Center staff daily, and enforces policies and procedures.
· Providing conflict resolution, problem solving and crisis management as needed.
· Support maintaining the organization’s compliance with State and Federal rules and regulations.
· Provides regular reports to the Board of Directors regarding the status of staffing, recruiting, and Human Resources Data for the organization.
· Maintain employee personnel files per federal law.
· Recruiting, interviewing, and on-boarding of staff
· Assist with developing and enforcing policy for all departments, job descriptions, training, performance evaluations, and providing feedback to employees.
· Assists with organization Risk Management: Workers Compensation, Drug and Alcohol Program, Incident Reports, LGLP.
· Arranges meetings and staffing as necessary for the effective delivery of services.
· Provide customer service to all clients, and other organizations that interact with the Senior Center in a positive and professional manner.
· Payroll processing per Senior Center policy
· Assisting the Assistant Director with Employee Benefits, PTO accruals, etc. for all employees.
· Maintaining and Practicing HIPAA and Confidentiality at all times.
· Markets Senior Center Services to the Community- Engaging in Community Events to positively represent the organization.
· Knowledge of employment law and processes.
· Demonstrating a positive, Can-do attitude
· Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:
· Occasionally transfer, lift and/or position objects up to 25lbs or more.

· Maybe required to sit at a computer station for extended periods of time in order to complete essential job functions.
Education, Experience and Licensing:
· Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university OR similar work experience required.
· 5 years of experience in progressively responsible Management/Human Resources role.
· 3 years of experience in employee relations
· PHR/SPHR Certification beneficial

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
