Office Professional I, Receptionist, Campbell Elementary School, 200 Day, 8Hrs/day.
Candidate needs to be a positive team member who can establish a professional and respectful rapport with students, staff, parents, and visitors to the office. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members are required. Knowledge of the Synergy, CORE, Archibus, Docushare, School Messenger, Excel, Word, Power Point, Google systems, or willing to become proficient in their use is required.
Responsibilities will include receptionist duties, correspondence, data entry, filing and other duties to assist the Registrar and Executive Office Professionals or as may be requested by the Principal.
Requirements: Must be able to work independently, have strong organizational skills, oral/written communication skills, word processing and data entry skills, HS diploma or GED. Secretarial experience in a school setting preferred.
This position is subject to a veterans preference.
This position pays $19.30/hr.
