Job Summary
Campbell Marketing & Communications is a dynamic and fast-paced agency specializing in public relations, communications, social media, marketing, and event management. We are currently seeking a Digital UI/UX Designer to join our dedicated team.

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to create compelling and intuitive web and app products for our clients.
UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components and full application designs. To be successful in this role you should have experience with design software and prototyping tools and be able to excel in a fast paced environment working on multiple projects. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you.
You will create both functional and appealing interfaces and features that address our clients’ needs with functional and esthetic designs.
Responsibilities
~ Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and programmers.
~ Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
~ Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.
~ Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
~ Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).
~ Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
~ Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness, interactions).
~ Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
~ Adhere to style standards and design systems.
Skills
~ 2 years of proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
~ Portfolio of design projects.
~ Advanced knowledge of Figma design tools.
~ Strong skills with design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
~ Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
~ Good time-management skills.
~ Mobile first, responsive web design.
~ Proven experience designing for web, iOS and Android applications.
~ Creation and maintenance of design systems.
Preferred
~ Experience with Jira project management.
~ Experience with interactive animation and micro action tools such as Rive.
~ Experience in automotive marketing.
Environment
~ Agency Environment.
~ Works on a variety of client projects.
