We are currently looking for a Maintenance Sales Representative to join our Northwood location.
Position Summary : We are actively seeking a Maintenance Sales Representative who wants to join a growing company in the Commercial HVAC business. A position is currently available for a results-oriented individual who will manage the process and procedure for quoting and providing planned maintenance agreements to new and prospective clients.
Pay : $45k to $70K commission - Depending on Experience
Benefits : 401(k), Health, Vision, Dental and Supplemental Account, Paid Holidays, PTO, Life Insurance and LTD.
Work Hours : Monday through Friday, 7 : 30am - 4 : 30pm
Required Qualifications :
- Have a minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales
- HVAC experience preferred
- Exemplary customer relationship and negotiating skills.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team-oriented skills.
- Intermediate Computer Skills
- Ability to pass drug and background screen
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
Salary : $45,000 - $70,000
