Job Summary:

Campbell Plumbing & Mechanical Contractors Southeast, Inc. is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Handyman to support the upkeep and repair of our office and warehouse facilities. This role involves performing drywall repairs, touch-up painting, base installation, and flooring installation/removal. The ideal candidate will have limited carpentry skills and a strong work ethic, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently before moving on to the next project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform drywall repairs, including patching holes and finishing surfaces.
• Complete touch-up painting and minor painting projects as needed.
• Install and replace baseboards and other trim work.
• Install and remove flooring, including carpet, tile, and other materials.
• Conduct minor carpentry tasks related to facility maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding project progress and material needs.
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines while on job sites.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Limited carpentry skills with experience in drywall repair, painting, and flooring installation/removal.
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently before moving on to the next assignment.
• Must pass a background screening and drug screening.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or with a team.

Physical Demands & Environmental Factors:

• Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work with hand tools and power tools safely.
• Exposure to dust, fumes, noise, and various indoor/outdoor working conditions.
• Must be comfortable working in warehouse and office environments.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time or part-time options available. Typical work schedule Monday – Friday 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM
• May require occasional overtime or weekend work based on company needs.
