Key Responsibilities :
- Land Acquisition : Identify and negotiate land and lot acquisitions to meet business goals, cultivate relationships with brokers, sellers, and government agencies, and perform due diligence on all deals.
- Land Development : Oversee land development processes, manage budgets, and lead a team of contractors, engineers, and architects to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Market Engagement : Build a network with industry leaders, developers, and agencies to stay ahead of market trends and foster competitive advantage.
- Entitlement & Approvals : Secure necessary regulatory approvals, manage entitlement processes, and coordinate with local government entities to ensure smooth project progression.
- Strategic Leadership : Develop long-term plans, manage a high-performing team, and continuously improve operational efficiency while aligning land development projects with business goals.
