Position Summary
The person filling this position is responsible for monitoring activities at the pool and recreation areas. Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Clubhouse.
Responsibilities
- Ensures that pool and recreation areas are always maintained cleanliness.
- Every 30 / 45 minutes' walk around the clubhouse and pools and approach resident to check valid access cards.
- Bathroom checks every hour for cleanliness.
- Ensure all pool furniture is neatly arranged and cleaned.
o Power washes every two month
o Close umbrellas on cloudy days
o Empty trash when necessary
o Use blower to remove leaves.
Full-Time Schedule : Thursday - Monday from 11 : 30am to 8 : 00 pm with flex time for events.
Pay Rate : Up to $17 DOE
