Job Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
FULL-TIME ON-SITE COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Professional person to assist Property Manager and the Board of Directors with compliance.
Inspects, takes pictures and documents all violations according to Community Standards and Documents. Track and reinspect violations for compliance. Prepare, process, and send letters to residents on behalf of HOA regarding violations, hearings, and fines using TOPS Professional management systems. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office docs such as Word, Excel and Power Point Prepares violation reports for compliant and non-compliant residents to HOA Manager for HOA Board review. Maintains violation records for hearings and files for future review. Aids residents with information upon request and providing quality customer service.
Security background or prior law enforcement a plus!
