Responsibilities include, But are not limited to :
- Oversee and enforce compliance with Homeowners Association Documents related to property maintenance and landscaping.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties meet organizational and legal standards.
- Develop and implement landscaping plans to enhance the visual appeal of properties.
- Coordinate with vendors and homeowners for landscaping, maintenance, and compliance-related projects.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, compliance activities, and landscaping improvements.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to compliance or landscaping promptly.
- Monitor work order aging report.
Full-Time Mon-Fri 8 : 30am-5pm
Pay Rate : $16-$18 DOE
