What are the responsibilities and job description for the EXP HOA ADMIN/ASST MGR/ ASST SOCIAL DIRECTOR position at Campbell Property Management?
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team in a multifaceted role that includes administrative support, assistant property management, event coordination, and assisting with the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). This position requires an individual who is organized, proactive, and able to balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with residents, staff, and vendors.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Oversee and manage the Architectural Control Committee (ACC), ensuring compliance with community guidelines and assisting with the review and approval of architectural requests.

Assist Property Manager with obtaining supplier and contractor quotations.

Receive phone calls and address issues as directed by the Manager.

Ensure that property files and records are properly maintained.

Provide administrative support and coordination to the Property Manager.

Handle general day-to-day inquiries and concerns from residents and keep all residents' information up to date.

Maintain current insurance certificates for owners and vendors pursuant to Docs requirements.

Perform general office/administrative duties as needed.

Assist in developing policies and plans and organizing and directing agency staff and programs.

Prepare and supervise the preparation of an operating budget and may supervise expenditures.

Oversee and coordinate social activities in conjunction with Social Committees.
- Serve as the Violations Coordinator, ensuring all violations are documented, communicated to residents, and properly tracked through resolution. Work closely with the Property Manager to enforce community rules and regulations.
