Responsibilities include, But are not limited to:

Oversee and enforce compliance with Homeowners Association Documents related to property maintenance and landscaping.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties meet organizational and legal standards.

Develop and implement landscaping plans to enhance the visual appeal of properties.

Coordinate with vendors and homeowners for landscaping, maintenance, and compliance-related projects.

Maintain accurate records of inspections, compliance activities, and landscaping improvements.

Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to compliance or landscaping promptly.
- Monitor work order aging report.
Full-Time Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm
Pay Rate: $16-$18 DOE
