What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance/Light Janitorial position at Campbell Property Management?
Job Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Oversee and ensure preventative maintenance programs (daily, weekly, monthly) are implemented, followed and documented of clubhouse, gym, pool area, A / C,restrooms and common areas within the Community.
- Daily upkeep of the common grounds and appearance of the property.
- Address work orders assigned in a timely fashion. Assist Property Manager with inspections and documenting areas of concern or additional work needed.
- Projects may include : Painting, minor electrical and / or plumbing, power washing, window washing, drywall, setups / breakdowns of rooms, light janitorial and Hurricane preparedness of clubhouse and pool deck, trash pickup common areas, pickup trash and dog waste bags from dog park.
- Maintain pool and clubhouse area on a daily basis : includes straightening pool deck, blowing leaves and removing palm fronds, trash collection, cleaning and stocking restrooms, tracking and ordering supplies, ensure fitness center is clean and orderly.
- Works with Property Manager to determine supply and equipment needs. Available as needed to pick up supplies and inventory items from approved vendors.
- Responsible for overall organization and cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shop.
- Background in construction or handyman work is ideal
- Regular attendance, punctuality and dependability are required.
Full-Time Mon-Fri 7 : 30-4 : 30pm
Compensation up to $28 / hour DOE
