GREAT OPPORTUNITY AVENTURA AREA FOR A MAINTENACE TECHNITIAN!
Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Maintenance Tech is responsible for the work of & general maintenance of the grounds, clubhouse and equipment. Individuals of such genres are liable to ensure the proper conducting of all maintenance and service functions in a facility.
Duties and Responsibilities
Reviews and completes work orders assigned by the Supervisor.
- Routinely inspects the community and advises the manager of any issues or makes corrections.
- Makes general plumbing, electrical, drywall, and other minor repairs as long as a permit is not required to complete the job.
- Utilizes and maintains equipment in a proper, safe and effective manner.
- Properly performs casual labor, such as lifting/moving heavy items as directed by manager or supervisor.
- Reports need for major repairs to.
- May be assigned other duties by The Maintenance Supervisor.
- Checks all lighting daily.
- Painting or touch up of all common areas as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lots, common areas, and sidewalks.
Work Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Scale: $18 DOE
