Job Summary & Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Property Manager, the
Maintenance Supervisor handles coordinating and supervising the work of 2 employees in general maintenance of the grounds, clubhouse and equipment. Maintenance Supervisor with some irrigation background, Individuals of such genres are liable to ensure the proper conducting of all
maintenance and service functions in a facility. This job requires
organizational and administration expertise for effectively managing a team of
subordinates.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring that all maintenance activities are
appropriately carried out.
- Keeping a record of all maintenance and service
activities conducted and maintaining a preventative maintenance program.
- Ensuring proper working shifts of employees.
- Recruiting and train maintenance staff and evaluating
their performances.
- Delegate and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Works with vendors to obtain proposals and execute
projects.
- Maintenance Supervisor with some irrigation background.
- Manage maintenance and janitorial staff with strong
leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to do light plumbing and electrical
- Computer skills for ordering supplies and maintaining stock
of irrigation and janitorial supplies.
- Ability to evaluate the community and determine necessary
work to be done.
- Evaluates issues and escalates to management and ability to
recommend solutions.
Pay Rate: Up to $25 /Hour DOE
Requirements
Knowledge
of plumbing, painting, pressure washing, electrical, and carpentry. Computer skills to include inventory and work
orders a must. High School Diploma or
equivalency preferred. Must be able to
pass a Drug Screening and Background check.
