Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee office window operations and manage phone systems.
- Handle general office administration tasks.
- Plan, coordinate, and promote community activities and events.

Develop strategies to increase participation and generate revenue for the community.

Sell advertising for the community newsletter to local businesses and organizations.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of the newsletter.
- Send out emergency communications to the community when necessary.
- Manage the distribution and maintenance of barcodes and ID cards for residents.
- Oversee ABDI Gate Security operations, ensuring proper access control.
- Book and manage room rentals for community events and private functions.
- Ensure all bookings are processed efficiently, and space is properly set up.
- Provide administrative support to the Community Manager as needed.
- Assist with any other tasks or projects as assigned.
Prepare and distribute the weekly "Tuesday Tid Bits" update for the community.
