AMAZING PART-TIME POSITION!
The person filling this position is responsible for greeting residents, guests, vendors and other visitors to the property and providing assistance and guidance as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Greets everyone that enters the building and provides direction and guidance as necessary.
- Assists residents as necessary upon their arrival in the building.
- Log vendors in and out.
- Act as liaison between residents and management.
- Answer incoming calls in a professional manner and take accurate and detailed messages.
- Field resident questions, concerns and complaints.
- Provide additional support to the Management team as needed.
- Ability to learn the local area and community to better assist residents and guests.
Part-Time Sat&Sun 3pm-11pm
Pay Rate : Up to $16 an hour
