The Baker's Assistant is an important role with a dynamic scope of work. Candidate will also excel in carrying out our standardized processes to ensure consistency, and will be a leader of company culture. This position is responsible for the preparation and production of pastries, cakes, cookies and other baked goods, decorating, prep work, and occasional frontline guest service. Food products and services must represent a commitment to excellence. The success of this position will be measured by guest satisfaction, cleanliness and organization of designated work areas, attitude, product quality, and timeliness of service. Pay is commensurate with experience. The incumbent will also provide general support and assistance to the leadership, department, and company.
