Repair/ Service Technician
CSC’s Certified Repair Center in Cedar Rapids is seeking a full-time Repair, Service and Tool Technician. This person will be responsible for the evaluation and repair of power tools, air compressors, pneumatic(air) tools, etc.. The candidate needs to be an ambitious, hard- working individual who works to serve our customers. The successful candidate will pay attention to detail and be customer focused.
Job Responsibilities/ Expectations
Previous experience in repair or service field
Prefer technicians to have a previous knowledge of power tools or related products
Ability to work Independently
Be able to assist in customer support repair questions, including phone calls, and emails
Be able to lift, slide and lower packages that may weigh up to 75 lbs
Demonstrate company values of Innovation, Teamwork, Ambition, and Integrity
Experience using computers to complete daily tasks. Looking up parts, order entry, invoicing etc, required
Excellent attendance and reliability
Current Driver’s License in good standing
Pay is based on work experience
