- $20.95 - $29.46 hourly (CSEA Range 3.1)
- 178 day calendar: M-TH 5:15-9:15 p.m; Start date of August 5th; 16 hours per week.
- Eligible for Bilingual (Spanish) signing incentive (prorated to days in paid service) for new hires and monthly stipend upon passing a test of Spanish fluency (new hires and current CUHSD employees)

Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Receives incoming calls and makes proper connections.
- Performs receptionist and light typing duties.
- Enters data, work orders, performs backup operations, and produces computer reports.
- Maintains inventories and records.
- Operates duplicating machines, other office machines, and oversees copiers.
- Compiles information and maintains records, files and inventories.
- Oversee greeting visitors and staff as they enter the office.
- Prepare daily bulletin and distribute on web and e-mail.
- Prepare, receives and distributes mail and e-mail.
- Review telephone bills, identifying origin and method of payment.
- Update school calendar and process student work permits.
- Assist principal’s secretary as needed.
- Perform other duties/skills related to the job description as assigned by administrator.
- Education equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade with specialization in clerical and business subjects.
- Minimum of one year of high school clerical experience, including knowledge of word processing. Knowledge of AERIES experience desirable.
- Knowledge of general clerical and office procedures, excel and other software as needed.
- Ability to type with speed and accuracy at net 45 wpm.
