Position Summary:
The Operations Associate provides a wide variety of support services to the Operations, Client Service, and C-Suite Teams. An Operations Associate follows established procedures to perform standard tasks, resolve questions and problems, and have routine contact with team members, clients, and vendors.
Responsibilities Include:
· Establish, maintain, and update prospect/client files, database records, and/or other documents. Assist with client onboarding documentation.
· Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly data management support for Orion and Salesforce
· Prepare documents, meeting agendas, and presentations for company-wide and management meetings as needed.
· Provide calendar and travel management for C-Suite as needed.
· Provide back-up support for the Office Coordinator.
· Support the planning and execution of Team functions and meetings.
· Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience
- High school diploma, required; Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- 2 years of administrative support experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, required
- Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
