RETAIL CHARTER BROKER

For our office in Palm Beach or Miami, C&N is looking for a talented Retail Charter Broker.

The position requires ideally some previous experience in a similar or smaller size yachting company. It also requires client active prospection and organizing custom-made charters for high-end clients on yachts above 24m.

What a retail charter broker does:

• Organises charters for high-end clients onboard yachts above 24m, worldwide.
• Offers precise and well-informed information about cruising destinations and activities.
• Prioritizes a prompt and effective response to any issues that may arise during charters.
• Actively develops his/her own network of clients to grow the business in the retail charter sector, using our in-house modern commercial, marketing, and communication tools.
• Maintains constant communication with relevant central agents and develop quality relationships with them.

• You will join a team of 20 other charter brokers, based all over the world, in our 13 offices, and will benefit from the knowledge and mentorship of some of the best charter brokers in the industry.
• You will be working with advanced CRM systems and a strong legal and marketing team, making sure you deliver your messages in a professional way, keep track of your prospection, and stay informed of the latest regulations.
• You will be traveling for yacht shows, familiarizing trips onboard yachts, and joining regular in-house trainings.
• You will be collaborating with other departments of the company, such as marketing, sales, charter management, and new build, in a client-centric approach, always catering to your clients’ needs.
• You will have access to all MYBA tools, such as Yachtfolio and E-charter platforms, to perform your duties in the best conditions.

What we expect from you

• Knowledge of operations onboard charter yachts.
• Knowledge of luxury lifestyles, services and products.
• Capacity to handle multiple clients, contracts and enquiries at once.
• Capacity to develop a network of prospective clients.
• Capacity to negotiate and close deals.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
