Job Overview
Camper Valley RV, Alaska's largest full service RV Dealership, is looking for an outgoing candidate to perform delivery walkthroughs of units with our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in outstanding customer service, sales and the ability to explain and demonstrate all of the systems and features of a variety of recreational vehicles.
Essential Duties
- Work closely with the Service Technicians and Salesmen on assuring unit is prepared for final delivery to customer.
- Provide the purchaser a comprehensive tour and demonstration of all systems and features of their new purchase.
- Accurately obtain all required information and signatures to complete sales/delivery process.
- Interact with customers to provide excellent customer service, addressing their concerns and advising on necessary maintenances or services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upsell opportunities based on customer needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Must be able to stand, kneel and crouch for extended periods.
- Will be required to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
- RV systems knowledge through RV ownership or previous RV Dealership experience.
- Basic shop skills and/or service background.
- Basic computer skills with Lightspeed DMS experience preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Valid Alaska driver's license.
