What You’ll Do :
- Work directly with customers to understand their service needs and schedule appointments.
- Identify RV service issues by listening to customer concerns and documenting symptoms.
- Verify warranty and service contract coverage , explaining provisions and exclusions.
- Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, supplies, and labor.
- Prepare repair orders (ROs) and coordinate with service technicians.
- Keep customers informed on their RV’s repair status , ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards by handling inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
