F&I Business Manager (Junior)

About the Role:

As an F&I Business Manager (Junior) at Capital RV Bismarck, your main objective will be to assist the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department in providing exceptional service to our customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the F&I department, while also contributing to the overall success of the dealership. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in securing financing and insurance options for their vehicle purchases. Additionally, you will be responsible for accurately completing all necessary paperwork, maintaining customer records, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Ultimately, your goal will be to provide an exceptional customer experience and contribute to the profitability of the dealership.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to accurately complete paperwork.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the automotive industry, particularly in the F&I department.
