RV OEM Parts Specialist

Campers Inn RV of Acworth, GA is a full-service RV dealership that sells, maintains and repairs new and used RVs of all types. We need to hire an OEM Parts Specialist to order genuine OEM RV Parts and Accessories for retail customers, warranty parts for the dealership, keep track of orders, update customers and the service department of any changes, and more. RV OEM Parts experience is preferred.
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer, which is a gold standard in the world of camping and RVing. In the RVing world, OEM includes parts that may be made by other companies, but are used in the original construction of an RV. It may also be parts made directly by the original RV manufacturer.

Responsibilities - OEM Parts Specialist:
- Research prices and order OEM RV Parts and Accessories for retail customers, warranty parts for the dealership, keep track of orders, update customers and the service department of any changes, and more.
- When the order arrives, ensure the Part and/or Accessory is genuine and made by the original manufacturer or OEM.
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications - OEM Parts Specialist:
RV OEM Parts retail customer service/sales experience- Good computer, customer service and communication skills
- Pays attention to details
- Ability to research the internet for the best sources and prices for OEM RV Parts and Accessories
- High school diploma or equivalent
