What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Coordinator position at Campers Inn RV?
This role is responsible for planning, managing, and executing RV shows and on-lot events that enhance customer engagement and drive sales. This role requires someone with excellent event planning, coordination, and communication skills, who can work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of all events.
Hybrid Position - Must be located in Jacksonville, FL
Schedule : In-office 3 days; Monday Tuesday and Thursday
Must be willing to travel; 30% - 40% Travel

Event Planning and Coordination : Oversee the planning and execution of RV shows and on-lot events, including vendor coordination, venue selection, logistics management, and budget tracking.
Education :
Bachelor's degree in marketing or another related field or equivalent experience required.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
