Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Title Clerk located in Kingston, NH. The Title Clerk will be responsible for processing and managing legal documents, handling title transfers, coordinating with financial institutions, and maintaining accurate records. Daily tasks include ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team by overseeing the title and registration process.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience with Notary and Escrow processes
- Knowledge of Accounting principles
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
