What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Host Bridgton Restaurant position at Campfire Grille?
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests
- Manage reservations, waitlist and seating arrangements
- Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining experience
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Operate the Aloha POS system to manage take-put orders and payments
- Answer phone calls and take reservations with proper phone etiquette
Experience:
- Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality is preferred
- Familiarity with the Aloha POS system is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
