As a Finance & Insurance Manager at Camping World Holdings, Inc., you will play a critical role in driving business growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your expertise in finance and insurance products will enable you to identify opportunities to drive business growth while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the sales desk to structure deals, select lenders, and finalize deliveries. Additionally, you will manage the placement of contracts, secure lender approval, and ensure funding through constant communication with the business office. Your success will contribute to the achievement of business goals while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the placement of contracts and maximize F&I PVR
* Select lenders and secure approval
* Finalize deliveries and ensure funding
* Work closely with the sales desk to structure deals
* Consistently adhere to all F&I office processes and flow of contracts
* Track and monitor F&I PVR, product penetration, and lender penetrations
* Participate in weekly sales meetings regarding F&I training and issues
* Assist the General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales staff
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree
* 3-5 years of working knowledge in finance and insurance products
* Menu selling experience
* Strong business management skills
* Valid driver's license
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
* Effective oral and written communication skills
* Good time management skills
* Professional dress, speech, and behavior
