- Develop strong product knowledge and make informed recommendations to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by stocking shelves and performing general housekeeping duties.
- Cross-train to perform other duties as needed to ensure flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
- A high school education or equivalent is required.
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not necessary.
- Superior customer service skills, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor are essential.
- The ability to work flexible retail schedules, including evenings and weekends, is required.
- May be required to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
- Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending may be necessary.
