Retail Sales Associate Role

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every customer receives the best possible experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Lead the department and assist/mentor colleagues in achieving sales goals.
• Consistently promote company programs, including warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships.
• Establish strong product knowledge and sell to customers.
• Maintain the appearance of the store by stocking shelves and performing general housekeeping duties.
• Cross-train to perform other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Superior customer service skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• A professional demeanor and work ethic are essential.
• Ability to work flexible retail schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• May be required to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending may be necessary.
