Enterprise Sales Development Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to contribute to our enterprise-wide sales initiative. The primary goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging lasting relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nurture and cultivate relationships with prospects throughout their entire journey, from initial contact to post-sale support.
- Create a well-structured sales funnel through proactive prospecting, ensuring a steady flow of activity and opportunities for our sales team.
- Utilize outbound calls, online inquiries, and other lead-generation techniques to initiate and receive phone calls.
- Proactively make 8-10 outbound calls per hour, scheduling sales appointments as the primary objective.
- Record and manage customer information, appointments, calls, and sales interactions using the CRM system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data for efficient follow-up and tracking.
- Align efforts with marketing initiatives to leverage their impact on lead generation and sales conversion.
- Regularly track and analyze personal performance metrics, including appointments scheduled, calls made, sales achieved, and customer engagements.
- Be receptive to coaching and work closely with the Sales Development Manager to improve departmental success.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction by proactively managing online reputation through review sites and social media outlets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure total department symbiosis and a seamless journey from initial contact to sale.
Requirements:
- Results-driven and motivated for sales.
- Prior experience with CRM systems and proficiency in computer applications.
- Previous sales experience is advantageous.
