About the Position:
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate appointments and drive traffic, meeting departmental activity targets. Your goal is to create a well-structured sales funnel through proactive prospecting, ensuring a steady flow of activity and opportunities for our sales team.
Key Duties:
- Create a positive customer experience through effective communication, understanding customer needs, and providing information about our RV products and services.
- Utilize provided scripts and talking points for both initiating and receiving phone calls, aiming to schedule sales appointments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the CRM system, recording and managing customer information, appointments, calls, and sales interactions.
- Stay aligned with ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions, leveraging their impact on lead generation and sales conversion.
- Track and analyze personal performance metrics, including appointments scheduled, calls made, sales achieved, and customer engagements.
- Work closely with the Sales Development Manager to improve departmental success.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive online reputation through review sites and social media outlets.
- Foster collaboration with the sales team to ensure a seamless journey from initial contact to sale.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Results-driven and motivated for sales with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage responsibilities effectively, utilizing time management skills to achieve goals.
- Prior CRM experience and computer literacy.
- Previous sales experience is desirable.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
