Camping World is seeking a highly skilled Operations Director - Service Excellence Leader to oversee the daily operations of our growing Service Center.
This key role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and driving profitability through effective management of the service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of technicians, service advisors, and other support staff.
- Analyze and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Foster a culture of excellence, with a focus on employee development and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service center goals are met or exceeded.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a high-volume service center, preferably in the RV industry.
- Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction and profitability in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
