About the Job Description
This Sales Development Representative role involves taking ownership of nurturing and cultivating relationships with our prospects throughout their entire journey, from initial contact to post-sale support. Your role requires effectively communicating with prospective customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide information about our RV products and services.
You will be expected to utilize provided scripts and talking points for both initiating and receiving phone calls, as well as proactively making 8-10 outbound calls per hour with the primary objective of scheduling sales appointments. You will also be responsible for utilizing the CRM system to record and manage customer information, appointments, calls, and sales interactions.
