Sales Development Representative

At Camping World, we're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key contributor to our enterprise-wide sales initiative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging lasting relationships with our customers.

We are seeking someone with a proven track record and a hunger for success in the industry. Your primary objective will be to create a well-structured sales funnel through proactive prospecting, ensuring a steady flow of activity and opportunities for our sales team.

You will take ownership of nurturing and cultivating relationships with our prospects throughout their entire journey, from initial contact to post-sale support. This involves creating value for our customers by providing them with information about our RV products and services, as well as utilizing provided scripts and talking points for both initiating and receiving phone calls.

To achieve this goal, you will employ various strategies to generate appointments and drive traffic, meeting departmental activity targets. You will also effectively communicate with prospective customers, understanding their needs, answering inquiries, and providing them with accurate information about our products and services.

We use CRM systems to record and manage customer information, appointments, calls, and sales interactions. It is essential to maintain accurate and up-to-date data for efficient follow-up and tracking. Regularly tracking and analyzing your personal performance metrics, including appointments scheduled, calls made, sales achieved, and customer engagements, is crucial for improvement.

We encourage you to work closely with the Sales Development Manager to improve departmental success and ensure complete customer satisfaction by helping to proactively manage online reputation through review sites and social media outlets.
