Responsibilities
A dog kennel attendant is responsible for the care and well-being of dogs in a boarding or daycare facility. Their duties typically include:
- Feeding & Hydration: Providing food and fresh water according to each dog's dietary needs.
- Cleaning & Sanitation: Cleaning kennels, play areas, and common spaces to maintain hygiene and prevent disease.
- Exercise & Playtime: Walking dogs, supervising group play, and ensuring dogs get enough physical activity.
- Monitoring Health & Behavior: Observing dogs for signs of illness, stress, or behavioral issues and reporting concerns to management or a vet.
- Assisting with the training of dogs.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.36 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
