Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. This role involves engaging with customers, conducting product demonstrations, and utilizing negotiation skills to close deals. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, effectively communicating value to potential customers.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Execute B2B sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Engage in cold calling to generate leads and expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends for informed decision-making.
  • Experience in territory sales management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with conducting product demos is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
