Camp Quitcherbichin, a luxury glamping resort in beautiful Runaway Bay, Texas, is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Barback to join our vibrant hospitality team. As a key support role within our bar service, you'll play an essential part in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders in drink preparation and providing timely, efficient service to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware washing, surface sanitation, and general tidiness.
• Stock and replenish bar supplies including liquor, mixers, garnishes, ice, and utensils.
• Monitor inventory levels and promptly communicate restocking needs to management.
• Provide outstanding customer service by actively engaging guests and addressing their needs.
• Assist with clearing tables, delivering food items, and maintaining dining area cleanliness as needed.
• Support setup and breakdown tasks for special events, catering services, and banquets.
• Work collaboratively and communicate clearly with bartenders and team members during busy shifts.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Willingness and enthusiasm to learn beverage preparation and bar operations.
• Familiarity with inventory management and cash-handling procedures is a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
