Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Present menus clearly, answer questions and offer informed recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Deliver meals and beverages promptly, ensuring each dish meets presentation and quality standards.
- Handle payment transactions responsibly and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, utensils, and service stations.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service, particularly during peak periods.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries or concerns to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Adhere consistently to food safety guidelines and sanitation standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience serving in hospitality, fine dining, or resort environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha is advantageous.
- Strong cash-handling skills and basic math proficiency for processing transactions.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
