What’s the job?
We are looking for a talented, data-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage, optimize, and strategize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital advertising channels . This is a hybrid remote / in-office full-time position.
In this role, you will be responsible for launching, managing, analyzing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns to maximize performance, generate high-quality leads, and drive measurable results for a portfolio of clients within the real estate industry. You will develop targeting strategies, A / B testing plans, budget recommendations, and performance reports to continuously improve campaign efficiency.
Experience Required Skills
- 1 years of experience managing paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study.
- Proficient in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance reporting.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive problem-solver who can adapt to changing algorithms, industry trends, and campaign needs.
