What we do: Campus Adventures is a before and afterschool program that partners with local schools to provide care on the school campus! We offer STEAM based learning in a club-style environment
Availability Need:
- Only part time available
- Must be available Monday through Friday
- Before School Hours- 6:00-8:00AM; After School Hours- 2:30PM-6:30PM
- We staff based on the needs and enrollment of our programs.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions
Qualifications
- Must have reached legal age of 18.
- Must have High School Diploma or General Education Diploma.
- Must hold and maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Reports to Campus Lead.
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times.
- Ensure a safe environment including inspection of materials and environment.
- Implement curriculum for the children in their group that is developmentally appropriate and helps children develop physically, cognitively, emotionally, and socially.
- Implement the daily program.
- Ensure regular observation of children throughout the year
- Maintain daily child attendance log.
- Attend monthly general staff meetings.
- Meet with parents semi-annually to discuss child(ren)’s growth and development using approved progress report forms.
- Submit supply orders to Campus Lead when needed.
- Attend 10 hours of in-service training per school year as agreed upon with Campus Lead.
- Be familiar with state regulations as well as with Program Policies of Campus Adventures.
- Clean, sanitize and disinfect classroom, restrooms and classroom items daily.
- Clean/dust classroom shelves daily.
- Clean/sanitize equipment that were used daily.
- Vacuum/sweep, mop, and take out the trash and replace the bag daily.
- Any other duty deemed necessary for the day to day operations of the program and safety of the children.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
