About the Role: You will serve as the main point of contact for substitute teachers in the North Texas areas. You will be responsible for the following duties:
- Update recruitment and personal contact sheets to reflect recently cleared or terminated contractors.
- Coordinate and manage recruiters (2 recruiters) to communicate staffing needs within each district and actively participate in weekly staff meetings.
- Manage the substitute teacher pool, including overseeing recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for substitute teachers.
Role Responsibilities:
- Hours: 6am-6pm as needed with a break in the middle of the day
- Scheduling: Assigning substitute teachers to cover absences or vacancies in classrooms or other positions.
- Working closely with school districts to schedule and assign substitute teachers to cover absences or vacancies.
- Coordination: Collaborating with school administrators, teachers, and staff to ensure smooth operations and effective substitute coverage.
- Training and support: Providing training and support to substitute teachers, including orientation sessions and resources.
- Onboarding: Coordinating with school districts to onboard and provide necessary training to substitute teachers.
- Evaluation: Assessing the performance of substitute teachers and providing feedback for improvement.Compliance: Ensuring that all substitute teachers meet the necessary qualifications and adhere to school policies and procedures.
- Reporting & Record-keeping: Maintaining and providing accurate records of substitute teacher assignments, attendance, and evaluations.
- Substitute teacher management: Collaborating with school districts to understand their substitute teacher needs and requirements.
Additional duties include:
- Recruitment and hiring: Assisting school districts in the recruitment and selection process of substitute teachers.

- Compliance: Ensuring that substitute teachers meet the qualifications and requirements set by the school districts
- Performance evaluation: Collaborating with school districts to evaluate the performance of substitute teachers and provide feedback.

What We Bring to the Table
- The starting point for the salary range for this position is $51,000 - $55,000 and is commensurate upon experience and internal-equity.
