Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Specialist to join our team at Campus Apartments. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper physical and mechanical upkeep of our properties.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the maintenance and repair of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and heating systems
Perform daily rounds to check mechanical equipment, recreational facilities, and other functional or safety concerns
Respond to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
HVAC certification
Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
Excellent diagnostic skills and attention to detail
Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Work Environment
Work is performed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent interruptions
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions
