Campus Connect, Inc. is hiring a U.S.-based Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our Canadian partner company, Great Exposure—a leader in marketing and education software for post-secondary institutions.

This role is focused on growing adoption of CampusLogin, Great Exposure’s flagship CRM and Student Information System (SIS) built for higher education. If you’re early in your sales career, passionate about outreach, and want to grow in the EdTech space, this role is your launchpad.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and research colleges, universities, and vocational schools
  • Launch smart, targeted outbound outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads and schedule demos for the Sales Executive team
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and support a strong sales pipeline
  • Work closely with Marketing to align on outreach campaigns

What We’re Looking For

  • U.S.-based candidates
  • 1–2 years in sales, business development, or a similar outreach-heavy role
  • A proactive communicator who loves starting conversations
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and driven by follow-through
  • Tech-savvy (or quick to learn) and excited about software sales
  • Experience in education technology and helping schools grow
